چکیده
The increasing quantities of organic residues are becoming one the most important problems for climate change mitigation. Sustainable utilization technologies required to minimize effect recycling on environment. Nevertheless, treated should be part circular bioeconomy. One promising processes is biogas system, with final products and digestate, which contain valuable nutrients therefore suitable as agricultural fertilizers. However, there lack research data effectiveness digestate environmental factors including soil quality well crop productivity quality. In this study, we compare roles different digestates (chicken manure cow pig digestate) spring wheat productivity, microbial activities, greenhouse gas emissions in loam sandy under controlled conditions. liquid applied was equivalent 170 kg N ha−1 total presented. Overall, results showed that two types responded differently addition digestates, benefits depended characteristics type applied. There a higher activity compared soil. Chicken had highest value dehydrogenase biomass C 9.23 µg TPFg−1 h−1 175.6 g−1 across types. CO2 N2O were moderately when peak emission at 0.0107 occurred soil, regular patterns observed fertilized manure. both 0.007950 mg 0.5667 respectively. yield varied irrespective receiving ecosystems supplying essential coupled its benefits, makes it an encouraging prospect temperate zones.

Gas entrapment and microbial N2O reduction reduce N2O emissions from a biochar-amended sandy clay loam soil
Nitrous oxide (N2O) is a potent greenhouse gas that is produced during microbial nitrogen transformation processes such as nitrification and denitrification. Soils represent the largest sources of N2O emissions with nitrogen fertilizer application being the main driver of rising atmospheric N2O concentrations. Soil biochar amendment has been proposed as a promising tool to mitigate N2O emission...
متن کاملEffect of silver nano-particles on soil microbial growth, activity and community diversity in a sandy loam soil.
Silver nano-particles (AgNPs) are widely used in a range of consumer products as a result of their antimicrobial properties. Given the broad spectrum of uses, AgNPs have the potential for being released to the environment. As a result, environmental risks associated with AgNPs need to be assessed to aid in the development of regulatory guidelines. Research was performed to assess the effects of...
متن کاملImpact of Distillery Effluent and Salts on Hydraulic Conductivity of a Sandy Loam Soil
Irrigation with distillery effluent, besides influencing crop yield, may have considerable impact on physical properties of soil because of its high salt and organic carbon contents. This experimental study was conducted to evaluate the effect of distillery effluent on hydraulic conductivity of a sandy loam alluvial soil and compare the effect of inorganic salts of potassium (K) with that of di...
متن کاملAssessment of chromium fixation capacity of sandy loam soil
The adsorption of chromium species in soils has received much attention because of its toxicity and bioavailabilities, which are adsorption depended. There are very little studies on adsorption of chromium in sandy loam soil. Hence, this paper presents the Cr adsorption capacity of sandy loam soil under chromium spiked condition. A batch technique was used to perform cr adsorption studies. Soil...
متن کاملResidual Soil Nitrogen and Nitrogen Response of Corn on Sandy Loam Soil
Groundwater contamination is an ever-increasing concern on a national level as well as locally. Increasing amounts of nitrate-nitrogen (NO3-N) being delivered by rivers, including the Mississippi, have resulted in an oxygen-depleted area or hypoxic zone in the Gulf of Mexico. (Turner and Rabalais, 1994b). This nutrient loading has caused nitrogen-limited phytoplankton to bloom. Decom-position o...
